Shopping in Blackpool
There's more to buy than just a stick of rock!
Houndshill Shopping Centre
Houndshill Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Blackpool, and is home to over 60 stores – including Debenhams, H&M, New Look, Footasylum, Peacocks, Jack Jones and River Island. (There's also the Disney Store and Build-a-Bear Workshop if you need something to entertain the kids for a few minutes.)
After you’ve shopped until you’ve dropped, if you fancy a rest and a convenient bite to eat, there’s an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes at the Food Court, where you’ll find Burger King, El Taco Loco, Roosters and Café Real.
The streets surrounding Houndshill are also packed with high-street staples like M&S and Argos. For something a little leftfield, venture out of the centre towards Topping Street and Abingdon Street on the east side of town, where you’ll discover some locally-run independent stores.
The Regent, a Grade II listed building and former cinema, is home to an array of stalls selling antiques, collectables, crafts and vintage, while there’s a tearoom where you can grab a tasty bite to eat. Accessible via a large and easily-accessible car park right opposite, the Regent is free to enter and is open 7 days a week.
