Take a trip to Glastonbury Abbey to see the ruins of what was once the richest monastry in England. the medieval abbey earned it's legendary status as the burial place of King Arthur and Queen Guinevere after the monks claimed to have found their bones in the grounds in 1191.

The museum has many important artefacts from the abbey's 1500 year history and the 36 acre grounds are a delight to wander around. There is always something exciting going on at the Abbey with events ranging from Tai Chi sessions, Medieval Fayres, Basket Weaving to 10km trail runs.
