Group Holidays Testimonials
Don't just take our word on how good our Group holidays are, read what our Group Organisers have to say:
Roy Brown (pictured bottom right) organised a whole coach load on a trip to Newquay in February 2018 from Hucknall near Nottingham. Some of these intrepid walkers tramped all the way from Trenance back to Newquay in beautiful warm sunshine.

Thank you so much for your help, patience and understanding as well as the kindness with the booking of our holiday. All our members and those husbands and friends that came along thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Loved the hotel, the food, the staff and we were so lucky with the weather and of course the Isle of Wight is still so very pretty.
Brenda Francis, Southbourne WI Group - October 2017
Margaret Holmes and her group from the Nottinghamshire Miners Welfare Ladies' Sections recently stayed at the Claremont Hotel in Eastbourne. They wrote in to thank and acknowledge all the help they received from Aleksandra and Shelly during the booking process. They were also very appreciative to the wonderful staff at the hotel, especially when one of the party fell ill during their stay.

Barbara Holmes and her group had a great time staying at Daish's Hotel in Shanklin. They were even joined by our driver Graeme on his day off to assist the gentleman in the wheelchair on an excursion.
"We enjoyed our best ever reunion in Llandudno this year. Here are some of the group at "that" place. We look forward to our next reunion with Daish's in 2018."
Gerald Rice, Christmas Island Nuclear Bomb Test Reunion Group - June 2017
The October 2017 edition of Group Travel Organiser magazine saw a couple of mentions for our holidays in it's Recognising Excellence article
Tesco's Retired Staff group find our Claremont Hotel in Eastbourne a winning choice because it's located opposite the pier and is handy for the shops and other activities taking place in the town. Readers also say that Eastbourne is a great destination because it is flat, and there is plenty going on such as concerts in the bandstand in the summer. It's location on the south coast, close to resorts such as Hastings and Brighton, means it's easy for GTOs to organise day trips to places that offer a range of activities that keep groups entertained.
GTO Derek Dearmer was quoted praising Daish's Holidays for knowing just what his group of retired members need. For this reason he organises repeat trips to our hotels in Eastbourne and the Isle of Wight, particularly, to satisfy the demand of his large membership base. For Derek, hotels must have helpful staff who consistently do their job to a high standard, immaculate cleanliness, good food and a good value room rate.
"Thanks for a great stay at the Hotel Prince Regent while we performed at St Andrews Church in Weymouth. We (and our wives) enjoyed a ramble around the coastline."
